On Saturday, May 14, Brookwood Garden in Cooperstown will have the annual Spring Garden Clean-up, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Volunteers are
needed to help prepare this historic lake-front site for the coming garden season. Gardeners of all ages and experience are welcome, including children—there will be jobs for everyone. Bring your favorite tools and a
snack—water will be provided. All work will be supervised.

Brookwood Garden is open year round to everyone with no admission fee. All work is done by volunteers. Please show your support for this extraordinary landscape by grabbing a rake or a trowel and lending a hand.

Brookwood Garden is located on the west side of Otsego Lake at 6000 West Lake Road (Route 80), slightly less than a mile past the Farmers’ Museum outside the village of Cooperstown. The Garden is operated by the non-profit Cook Foundation of Cooperstown , but is currently in the process of merging with another non-profit organization, Otsego Land Trust.
